Rapidrop Hose reels are designed and manufactured as per BSEN 671-1:2001. Hose reels are made of 1.2mm thick ribbed side plates for better strength and coated with UV resistant epoxy powder coating in Red (RAL 3000). Automatic Hose reels are supplied with integrated automatic stop valve which will open at two revolutions of the wheel. Full Brass internal waterways to ensure corrosion free life. Inlet hose pipes are supplied with nipples which once screwed will not result in leakage. Flexible Inlet pipe to facilitate Left/Right and Top/Bottom outlet pipe connections.

Normally, the First Aid Hose Reel is mounted on a wall, usually in an obvious spot where it can be quickly reached in an emergency. In order to control the flow of water or solution, it also has a nozzle or spray gun.

Hosepipe used is 3 ply with two synthetic rubber layers and textile reinforcement approved to BS EN 694:2001 by LPCB.

Working Pressure 12 bar and burst pressure of 42 bar. The outer layer is protected with UV inhibitor to make it colour fast. Every Hose reel is hydrostatically tested for 18bar.
